WEBSITE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:

At Owner Hooks we believe you should be happy with your website purchase. If you receive a product that has a manufacturer's defect and want a replacement, or just want to exchange it for another product, simply email us at sales@ownerhooks.com with your name, purchase date, item description, address, and reason for returning the product. We will accept your return or exchange within 30 days of the product being delivered at the shipping address you provided. Please read below for restrictions and shipping policies.

WEBSITE PURCHASE EXCHANGE POLICY:

Please note for exchanges, we can only offer in-stock and same price items. For an item to be accepted as a return or exchange, it must be unused and resalable. We cannot offer a return or exchange on used or accidentally damaged items.
